Regarding the "serial number", what I did was to copy in a notebook the number that appears on the partition. In fact if I install the carrier firmware, I get OTAS legitimately. But I don't know if I have to do something with the "s / n" knowing that it is still in my partition

Sorry. Dont know anything about serial number loss, as luckily did not lose it.
Hope AWM works out.
Also hope you dont do anything using twrp, cause i could not get it to work on any of these stock android 10s.

why is better?

Im caring about the lte bands

-AMW:
LTE Cat16 (Bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13, 17)

-EM:
LTE Cat16 (Bands 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,12,13,17,20)
TD-LTE (Bands 38,39,40,41)

Oh i am using band 3 here. So it worked out.
Mostly we use band 3 only here.
Good to check bands before trying

for G710PM crossflash ULM or EM model use open EU KDZ and you in Android 10 Stable, no worry use LAF CMD to flash and avoid errors
