Confirmed working in the netherlands.

1: Downloaded latest BTU firmware, flashed this trough Odin. (With no sim in phone)

2: after rebooting to recovery, installed update.zip (still no sim in phone)

3: took about 10 - 15 min, and after flash beta is upgraded.
Notice: be sure you flash "HOME_CSC" to keep your data on your S9.

General reaction so far after a few days:

Good:
- Its much faster than PIE. Ive even stripped out all of the useless crap i don't use and it feels like a new phone.
- New navigation is cool but you cant use it with the home button if you have a 3rd party launcher as your default. It simply get's disabled - Not cool Samsung.

Meh
- UI improvements are subtle at best. There isn't that much changed but it's a very good start performance wise.
- You can still use the new navigation but only via switch task's. Swiping quickly left/right does the same thing ( In fact i prefer this )

Bad
- Spotify is broken... dunno why (even the beta's don't work).
- Theme Park also crashes when saving a theme
- Everytime i pull down the task bar - i see a msg 'Cant find target package' - wtf.

Im looking forward to some custom rom's on the official releases :)

well thats practically what i think from the beta release.
theres no diffference whatsoever from pie just an odd suttle change and better night mode.
but speed and performance wise there is a difference its much faster then pie in my opnion.
and i think the battery life has been slightly improved aswell
