Android 10 Custom Rom possible on S8(+)?

Given that a developer has the capability and time (etc.), is it possible for android 10 to run on the S8(+)?

I don't think we will see this before the OneUi 2.0, with the AOSP Dev on this device who seems pretty unpopular
