is there anybody who can tell me if on the miui 12 based on android 11 on the global beta dual SIM support is enabled?

it is not on global, only on global india

In case anyone is still using these (I am, they seem the mist fluid, but things like Google location history don't work) then the latest couple of betas have had broken links.

With the 1206 twrp (attached) you don't need to change the update-binary!
