Too early to say I'm a casual user so don't use every feature either I used data Bluetooth wifi web browser nothing too crazy

When I updated to the beta my phone tried to factory reset but I force restarted my phone it booted to recovery then I restarted my phone again and now all is working fine after I restarted the phone no data was reset.

I've heard different stories about Google Pay on the beta release and wondered how it's doing.

Has anyone managed to root the beta? Magisk Canary is supposed to be compatible with Android 11, I assume that means DP4, not the beta.
I flashed it and after a few minutes of bootloops it goes back to fastboot mode saying no valid boot slot

I've never used the developer preview, just the public beta (which I installed for the first time the other day). Google Pay setup went ahead fine for me and I've been using it every day.
