The update has been notified via OTA and installed correctly, so for the moment It's OK.

Same here, first time that after reboot, it does not recognizes the update.
I've downloaded the incremental update twice, rebooted twice and after à full day, I still don't have the notification.
Strange.
Do we have to download the full ZIP ?

Checked again for ota this morning, and nothing yet.
I'll be patient, and wait for next update
No issue at all on my zenfone 8, so no need to flash.

Was the Firsttime , i got the file faster with OTA than with Zip File and since my second ZF8 Died (Mainboard Malfunction) , i cant check Twice

I edited my Post to reflect , that the downloadable File maybe dont get recognized.

Only thing i got in Mind : Since theres no new Security Patch Level, maybe some File inside the zip is Missing for Offline Update. (Or Asus forgot it)

The manual update doesn't work for me neither, I unlocked the bootloader, tested Lineage OS and went full back to stock and relocked bootloader. I know that unlocking bootloader disable OTAs but now I wonder if it also disables the manual update process.

It does not disable the manual update process, I have done it multiple times and it works great. I think this is just a problem with this specific update

Thanks for the information I'll wait for the next update, I'm pretty sure Asus messed up this feature in this update as they messed up facial recognition with the previous one and other bugs.

There were 2 updates. But not in this thread. You can always check full FW .izp file on asus downloads website.

Latest version is: 31.1010.0410.72 with patch 5-04-2022. I think there should be an update in days - ROG 5 got update on 15-06-2022 and normaly they push OTA in same week.

Rename file to: UL-ASUS_I006D-ASUS-31.1010.0411.89-1.1.25-2205-user.zip

Place in root folder of phone. This time its working.

I would think so. I renamed it but, as with the previous release, it does not update for me.

UL-ASUS_I006D-ASUS-31.1010.0411.89-1.1.25-2205-user.zip

And place in root folder of your phone. In my case - it worked.
