Because this is Asus... No more Asus, this is last phone.
One whole month??? What an abomination!!!
Tidal keeps in the background in my case. Have you tried changing the battery settings in the Spotify settings such that the phone does not optimize the app for battery? This firmware release seems more aggressive on closing apps. Spotify Is closed in few minutes not using It.
Haven't experienced that but just got my ZF8 a few days ago and it immediately updated to A12. So I'll know in a week or so of daily use, I suppose. This firmware release seems more aggressive on closing apps. Spotify Is closed in few minutes not using It.
Google hadn't approve this firmware yet. Therefore, the CTS had not pass. The build date was very recent (about 12 hours ago)After some random Asus site check i found next FOTA 31.1010.0411.106 - this is the incremental one:
https://fota2.asus.com/delta_packag...1.1010.0411.106-user-WW_I006D-20220719_nr.zip
As always after download you need to change directory to root on phone and rename to:
UL-ASUS_I006D-ASUS-31.1010.0411.106-1.1.25-2205-user.zip
I don't have full changelog but security patch is 2022-07-05
Cheers.
Yes, this is very fresh update. It may have some problems. Google Pay don't work for now. I didn't find any other problems.Google hadn't approve this firmware yet. Therefore, the CTS had not pass. The build date was very recent (about 12 hours ago)
So if you use Google Pay, do not update yet. Wait for official release from Asus so we can safely update.
I confirm, Google Wallet is wourking with the latest .106 update.Google Pay or Google Wallet is working now without aby problems. No full changelog jet.
Did you get it via OTA or the incremental update file linked above?Google Pay or Google Wallet is working now without aby problems. No full changelog jet.
Stock-like Android-11-like Android 12. Just don't change the notification system and icons to the new, bloated, child-like, inconvenient A12 model. (Do as Samsung did and stay close to the A11 design.) But yes, close to stock in all other respects. (Don't follow Samsung here.)
BTW, any pictures to post from A12 beta?
