I'm also here. Followed repartition instructions exactly. Trying to install GAPPS version. Have run flash-all.bat once, the booted to system, I see Proton Logo but it is not animated and the system does not get past this point.I tried to flash this ROM, but after the process of flashing my phone rebooted but now is stucked on the ROM logo. Tried to flash it.again but now my PC does not recognize the phone. Any help please
I always prefer starting from the last Android Official Rom. Just as a matter of best practices.Sorry for the noob question, I have been out for a while and forgot the process. Currently still running Android 10 Dust ROM.
So if I wanted to upgrade to this ROM should I upgrade to the latest Google Factory Image from Android 11 first? And then flash this ROM in a similar fashion?
The Android 11 factory image would automatically format all partitions and factory reset my phone. Or does flashing this ROM do that automatically too? Can I just go from Android 10 to this?

Page 2 has some info on this too, but. No, you do not usually need root for roms, though, you do have to unlock your bootloader, that ones a must.
Understood. Do you know if development on this ROM is ongoing and if the developer expects to have encryption and selinux fixed evemtually?Page 2 has some info on this too, but. No, you do not usually need root for roms, though, you do have to unlock your bootloader, that ones a must.

Installation
- Download from here: Source Forge
- This does not include OTAs, so you will have to visit regularly for security updates and the like.
- This ROM is currently distributed as OTA zips. Flash it the same way you would, in a custom recovery. Don't forget to wipe all data using "fastboot -w" or using my tool before booting the ROM.
Edit: thanks to the people that have donated. For the sake of transparency, I'm gonna publicise the donations i've received. a pixel 2xl where i live costs 200 dollars. I'm gonna be putting a counter here.Feel free to give me your hard-earned money, my pixel 2XL's screen is dead, so developing this ROM is a tedious and annoying process: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/guidedflame
