Question Android 13 beta to stable

Using android 12 version 1.1.8 now in nothing phone 1. Getting prompted to update to 1.5.1 beta for Android 13.. Just wanted to check if we will be able to update to Android 13 stable once released from beta with OTA update without data loss?

I'm using the Android 13 version 1.5.1 beta and it's working pretty good. I have all my files intact. I updated it through the Local System Update wizard. You can use this site https://www.theupdatebox.com/download-nothing-os-1-5-1-for-nothing-phone-1-beta-2/

If someone else want to do that.
