I just started using a VolteLTE supported Sim on my op2 but since the phone isn't properly support VolteLTE yet on software base I have to use an app provided by the telecom company to make and receive calls. Unfortunately this app doesn't record those calls. Is there any possibility to record them too?

Galaxy S5, MM 6.01,

hello :)

Can this new version of call recorder record calls when answering incoming call from window on MM 6.01?
I had no problems with it when I was on MM 5.x.x (SGS5-G900F).

example:
I'm on facebook when someone starts calling me. I can only answer in window mode. And this is pain in the ass for most recorders. They fail. Most of them records nothing, some record just my voice.
When I was on LP 5.x.x It was perfect, but MM 6.0.1 is really giving me headache.

Suggestions please :D

Hello Skvalex. Love your app, been using it for years now. I am on (Digital_High)Nougat, with Magisk Root. Get a toast saying I should install supersu. The screen becomes unresponsive when recording starts, can't hang up. Any help will be appreciated. Edit. After searching the thread a bit more I noticed someone changed to standard recording, seemed to work with my unresponsiveness issues. I will continue to test.

A supported device, please

Hi,
I need call recording for my job. I had a LG G3 that now is dead but it never gave a problem.
Now I can't find a smartphone to record calls properly.
I bought a Nexus 5X discovering it can't record well.
Then I bought a Huawei P9 and it does not work too :crying:
I tried many apps but I like Skvalex's, can you suggest a smartphone (some new good one) that you are sure 100% it will record calls?
What about the Chinese brands as Xiaomi or Meizu?
Thanks in advance :)

If device is rooted, select Huawei (HiSilicon) as device, recording method - CAF.
Sorry, I have not the P9 anymore, I sent back to Amazon before the root process. I'm with an older symbian Nokia at the moment.
The point is: I need a new smartphone and this smartphone should be able to record calls. Can somebody help?

@ reporter1979: I've had a thl2015a, call recorder was working perfectly.

Now I've a p9 lite not rooted, call recorder works but it seems that it records also with the second microphone and so if there is any noise in my ambient the voice of the other person is too low.
The app suggestes me to set in "other". Is there any workaround?

Found the culprit, it was magisk-v7 that broke it. Cheers for the quick support.
If you're running Magisk, you need to execute the following in terminal before starting Call Recorder:
# setenforce 0
# sepolicy-inject -s untrusted_app -t su -c binder -p call,transfer --live
# sepolicy-inject -s audioserver -t audioserver -c process -p execmem --live
# setenforce 1

P.S. Also you may report it to the Magisk's dev, maybe he'll add this to Magisk, so that the patch will not be required.

I have no plans to add mega in the nearest future. I wanted to, even started working on it, but it turned to be not that easy to implement.

Also, it's quite hard to support all these cloud storages when this is not the main feature of the app. I got feedback about an issues with Dropbox and Box, but I didn't even had a minute to check the logs.
Got it. It wasn't really a needed request till the app works as good as it is, my next question is about my other post.
