This is because the newer Android versions do not allow recording calls for security reasons. The only workaround is to turn on the microphone during the call. This is why it picks up a lot of noise. In the past, I asked questions about the call Recorder recording.
This time, we replace the smartphone and extract additional logs and send them together.
When the Galaxy Note 9 Android 8.1 was heard, the sound was big and clear, but when I updated to Android 10, the surrounding noise was recorded and the opponent's voice was very small.
Galaxy Note 9 = Andorid 10
Galaxy Note 20 = Android 11
1) When I record a phone call in a loud place, the surrounding noise is recorded and the opponent's voice is recorded very small
2) When the other party recording a phone call in a loud place, it will be recorded greatly on my phone (the recording is not better than when used in the old Android 8.1)
Um .. I think I have to remove the noise from the microphone at the top of the phone, but this part is not right, so I think there's a problem with the other voice recording ...?
I extracted the log file from the Galaxy Note 9 / Galaxy Note 20 and sends it to the attachment.
Thank you ^^
Try changing the recording mode to stereo and adjusting one side lower. That may help.
