No luck with Moga and Note 3

Reporting that this ain't working with the Moga Pro Power and the Galaxy Note 3 (T-Mobile, rooted but stock)

No idea why, I just send an email to the Dev, hopefully he'll sort it out or refund.

Has anyone tried this with Moga on a Note 3?

Can you emulate accelerometer sensors like Tincore Keymapper? Many racing games only have two steering modes: Accelerometer tilt analog steering, and touch-the-left-or-right-of-the-screen digital steering. Mapping an analog stick to the touch-left-or-right kinda sucks, because it turns your analog stick into a digital dpad of sorts, making it so you can only steer full-left or full-right, impossible to make minor adjustments. Tincore is going to be big competition for this app, partly because it is free (with paid addons like accelerometer emulation), and party because it has SO MANY settings. You can configure an analog stick to work as a virtual joystick, as a dpad, as a swiping motion that stops, as a repeating swiping motion, as a mouse, and that's about 1/4 of the list of ways you can map just an analog stick.

Buuuut... Tincore is incredibly buggy, only works half the time, and has one of the worst, most complicated, most difficult to understand app UIs I have ever seen. I am eager to try out other gamepad touch mapping apps like yours, but $5 is a bit of a chunky price, although it could be worth it if its THE gamepad-mapping app. A demo version that locks out after 2 minutes, or some way to see how the app works and what the UI is like and what sort of features it has, would be nice before I decide to make the switch from Tincore.

Any chance of this becoming compatible with Android 2.3 & up? I'm using a Sony Xperia Play R800X on the Cola ROM with the overclocked stock kernel. I have been looking for something like this since I am very invested in my device for obvious reasons, yet there are so many games made for Android with no controller support.

Just tested on my Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition (wifi) and it says "app is not compatible with your device" even though it is listed in the compatible devices list? Did you maybe mean the original older Note 10.1?

The device is indeed supported. You may check the video on Note 10.1 2014. The issue is with the rooting method. The SU fails to provide the app full root privileges.

The following rooting method has been tested to be working : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2490805

Hm weird. That's the one I used. Well I used the official cf auto root method that chain fire released instead of the port. But that shouldn't make a difference or does it?

[e]Tried re-rooting with the method you linked and reinstalling the app, still saying "the app is not compatible with your device..." when I change input method to GC2TouchIME. Do I need to unroot first?

Am I doing it wrong or will there be an update? I already paid for the app so if you wanna send me a beta or something I'll be more than happy to try it :)

Unfortunately I am not being able to recreate the issue on any of my devices. The code is definitely not the issue as it's working on a lot of other Note 10.1 2014. You can even try it on your S3 and it would work perfectly. So I cannot help you in any way to fix this particular problem. I'll have to ask you to opt for a refund as of now.

Please mail me the Order No. at [email protected].

Thanks,
Ankit

rooted galaxy s4 with paid version of mouse key 2touch
logitech k400 wireless keyboard with built-in mouse pad
logitech wireless mouse (standalone)
both connect to phone through OTG cable plugged into unifying receiver
Modern Combat 4 (game up and running in background "paused")

1st problem:
when mk 2touch comes on by touching it through notification bar is that all icons are not seen
i can not see the mouse settings but can see the wads settings and keyboard responds
the logitech mouse cursors moves and clicks but screen needs to rotate so i can see the mouse settings.

2nd problem
i did see the screen rotate one time but can not reproduce.
when i did see the mouse settings i could not figure out how to program the left + right mouse buttons as shoot and zoom.

could someone for the love of god please make a tutorial on youtube or a quick step by step guide on how to actually set mouse&key 2 touch up with AND game (from start to end)

every video i ever see already has the button layouts already done and configured and all they show is theirs is working.
how in the F%$# can a developer put out an app without instructions on how to get it up and running?
seriously no help or guide?
