Got it working, I've found that when you exit the app , the app is still running.Starting with HUR 6.0 I've completely rewrote the video decoding procedure and if the device is running Android 5 or higher it will use ASYNC video decoding which is the correct way based on Google documentation, but I feel that some video drivers might not be up to the task...
valuable info, by leave the app running and then restart the app you mean you leave it running in the background and then open it again from the icon ?Got it working, I've found that when you exit the app , the app is still running.
If I kill off the app and restart all is OK graphics are correct.
Exiting the app and leave the app running and then restart the app the app either crashes or you get the pixilated graphics.
Yes that's correctvaluable info, by leave the app running and then restart the app you mean you leave it running in the background and then open it again from the icon ?
Interesting, but does the app actually show up the home screen or does it take you back to the AA view? And what happens if you re-open the app from the notification (by tapping on the media notification - not the buttons of the notification!) ?
On the Huawei if you swipe up you can see the running programs, hur is at the home screen opening this instance gives you the pixilated view or it crashes.Interesting, but does the app actually show up the home screen or does it take you back to the AA view? MagicYeap reproduced it, looks like it was introduced when I've fixed a bug with jumping screen in HUR 6.0, pushing a new version in a few minutes
Hotspot not starting and still have a background instance6.1 beta 2 is out (on my website, uploading to Playstore as well right now, but that take a few hours)
Is the start hotspot option turned on in the settings (you can now have listening without hotspot for in-car Wifi) as for background instance I'm not sure what you mean? decoder error?
If I go to settings and connectivity Hotspot option is on, exiting the setup Hotspot is running. Is the start hotspot option turned on in the settings (you can now have listening without hotspot for in-car Wifi) as for background instance I'm not sure what you mean? decoder error?
I'll check that hotspot thing tomorrow, as of the background instance. Indeed app doesn't do a "force-stop" when you press the exit button (as it did in the past) it lets the system manage it.If I go to settings and connectivity Hotspot option is on, exiting the setup Hotspot is running.
Next time you run the app Hotspot not showing go into setup and exit Hotspot shows.
Pressing exit the program is still running in the background.
I installed latest beta all seems fine but i noticed that next track steering contol now move song 10 sec forward rather than go to next track..I'll check that hotspot thing tomorrow, as of the background instance. Indeed app doesn't do a "force-stop" when you press the exit button (as it did in the past) it lets the system manage it.
Many HU offer an option to leave the HU in some kind of lower power sleep mode when you turn off the car. This can be forever or for a user set time. Allows the HU to load faster.I'll check that hotspot thing tomorrow, as of the background instance. Any joy with the hotspotI'll check that hotspot thing tomorrow, as of the background instance. Indeed app doesn't do a "force-stop" when you press the exit button (as it did in the past) it lets the system manage it.
You don't need to say, 'Hey Google' with AA. Rather you should be able to use either the mic button on your steeringwheel or the mic icon on the AA screen. Then simply say your instruction. If you have apps specified with AA on your phone, e.g. Spotify for music, then you don't even need to say play such and such on Spotify. Depending on the active navigation too, in my case Sygic, 'Navigate to...' without having to say also '...on Sygic', works also. Can You, guys give me some tips about making assistant work well on HUR installed on Chinese cars that does not support Android Auto out of the box.
It's on the headunit setting not HUR.Anyone know how to stop this changing teh volume while i drive, its driving me crazy, go fast volume jumps go slow or stop and i can hardly hear my music, it it just this app or does android auto do this too

Story of our life... I recommend to use with USB, the wireless is unstable, and you can't never know when it will work.Hi. I bought this from Play Store yesterday for an android T3L HU. Was able to make it work thru USB. But wireless seems to have a mind of its own. It suddenly started working after many attempts but stopped working suddenly as well. I tried everything, watched few YT videos but nothing seems to be working. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 with Android 14. Any idea how to make wireless work?
Isn't that exactly what you just joined up to do?
You didn't join to ask a question. You could have started with telling us what device and Android version you are trying to connect with/to, and perhaps someone could help you constructively.
