A .tar is the Linux version of a .zip, you need an app to extract it. Haven't tried, but I'd guess most root explorers will support the extract, inside you'll find a folder with a bunch of jpgs.

Yeah guys just use root explorer and find the tar file i posted here and click on it and you will find a folder with the jelly bean wallpapers, 12 to be exact!

Thanks. Downloaded and set it to my wallpaper on my Galaxy S3. Kind a bit of Jelly Bean feeling ;-) Hope for a port of by Samsung in the near future.
