I was looking at the video when some things are not same as on Android 4.2.2 or even leaked Android 4.3...
For instance:
Carrier branding on top left, Motorola logo on the right side of it and for the end - camera interface:
All this can be possible for new android version IF this is stock Android. Considering it is from Motorola that is Google company now... it is quite possible.
Any thoughts?
Oh, and yes, in video it says it will come in August.
