Android 4.4.3 default minimum CPU frequency?

Good Day guys. Can someone check their T2 Ultra @4.4.3 if their default Minimum CPU frequency runs @300mHz if the device is not doing anything? Mine is @787MHz. Thank you.

Yes.. It is 787.. By default..
By root access we can have 300

Thank you so much. By the way does The AOSP Lollipop's Notification Ui smoother than 5.1.1? I hate frame drops in Sony's ver. Its just sad.

i have carbon rom and minimum speed is 300
but maximum is 1190 not 1400 thats wierd !! right ??
