Does anybody know how to pull the ftf file from Sony Bridge for Mac?
I'd be glad to upload it...

Wonderful! What's your CDA in the build.prop? If you could please post it here, will change mine and see if that triggers an update.
Thanks.

Sure, why not ;)

Interesting that the version change from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4 update is being done via an ota patch, you'd think (as per other updates) this would be a full pc ftf update..

Dammit, didn't know I couldn't update with Sony bridge if I was on an unlocked bootloader.

I want this 4.4.4 now ?

Hi fasty, I've changed build prop to match yours on a full reflash of 757 {which I then towelrooted} - plugged in pc companion and hey presto 4.4.4 :D

And thx.. You've confirmed what I plan to do :)

Glad to help! ;)
I have a minor issue with gravitybox BTW, when I pull down the statusbar, custom carrier comes up both at the top and at the bottom of the screen... I'm not sure if it's full screen related (I use pie control with no status or nav bar), have a try...

Just FYI, Easy Towelroot (v7) works a treat with 4.4.4, everything goes like it's supposed to.
Also installed dual recovery from NUT's repository, and currently running every xposed module I was running on 4.4.2.
Oh yeah! :D

Would you mind helping me out a bit? I can only find Towelroot (V3). Do you have a link to where I could download it from? Also what version of NUT's dual recovery did you use? Thanks in advance!

Easy Root is @v7, looks like he mixed it up with Towelroot since Towelroot has to be copied to the files folder of Easy Root.

Which file should we install from NUT's downloads ????
This file looks like the latest ZU-lockeddualrecovery2.7.129-BETA.flashable.zip (7.7MB)

Yeah of course I meant Easy Root, v7.
Version of NUT's recovery is the last beta, can't remember the number... ;)
@op edit the first post, you need to have USB debugging enabled, otherwise it doesn't recognize the device... ;)

I'll try and make an ftf.. I'm back on 4.4.2 monx but pc companion still says update is available due to my build prop edits..

I'll try and do a "repair" 4.4.4 install and make the ftf off the full downloaded (which repair does but update doesnt).

Give me a few hours (sharing pc with 10yo minecraft obsessed son lol)

^^ You should have resisted yourself... Because the thread is popular you thought it the best place to spam about a device you don't have and a rom you haven't made.. Go away..

    Back On Topic..

I'm just about to flash the 4.4.4 6833 ftf I have made.

All good - ftf works. Link on it's way. Now to towelroot..

Update: Towelroot & SuperSU all good (incl. binary update thru play) BusyBox installer all good too.

Upload of ftf only at 5%.. patience required unfortunately..
