Android 4.4.4 kitkat for Korean version Note shv-e160s

After much research and found only andropid 4.1 for shv-e160s, I finally found a working version of kitkat.

It is based on Cyanogenmod 11.

Cyanogenmod 11(Android 4.4.4) for Korean Galaxy Note variant(SKT/KT).

Main Features: Build from Cyanogenmod 11 7/12 source.
Cyanogenmod's samsung msm8660-common kernel(kk branch). Modified for Korean Notes.
Optimized for Korean Note variants.
S-pen is working fully!
Shell root.
Enabled UMS and upgraded UMS R/W Speed.
Storage issue FIXED!

Working Features: RIL(3G, 4G, calling, SMS, etc...)
Sound
NFC(Except T-Money)
Touch
S-Pen
Storage(fully supports internal/external memory detection, R/W)
UMS/MTP
Wi-Fi
Bluetooth (BT Tethering/file transfer)
Camera(fully supports 8MP recording --> Camcorder delay fixed!)
ART Runtime

And all!

Not working: None!

Installation Instructions:

1. Download recovery,gapps,rom from below links.
2. Apply recovery and back up your current system.
3. Wipe Cache/Data partition
4. Flash Rom.
5. Flash Gapps.
6. Reboot and ENJOY!


I updated from 4.0.3 with root and I can confirm everything works as it should for me. The rome is lagfri and stable. Camera, wifi and calls are working.

use google transle to understand it and read comments there. it works with both shv-e160s and shv-e160k

Thanks for posting such a thread! I'm very glad to know that there's a kitkat rom for my shv-e160s.
my only concern is that I have cyanogenmod 9 installed at my device, do you happen to know if there was some kind of process if I'm upgrading
from cyanogenmod 9 to cyanogenmod 11. I was hoping you could help me as I'm not literate with such things.
