ANDROID 4.++ custom rom and stock Kernal for x8

anyone can make a custom rom and stock kernel (Android 4.++) for x8 ?? For the X8 user which cant unlock bootloader

nothing will function properly. plus it will be laggy as hell. stock kernel has very little RAM (about 165MB) but custom kernels can provide up to 185MB of RAM. hope you get what i mean.

oo... thank you ...im newbie I dunno it... so every android 4.++ Rom is only for phone that can unlock bootloader only???
