Is finally a day can have a stable custom Android 4 ?
Actually the most Stable Android 4.x rom is EPinter's CM10, which you can find in this thread.

Also, it depends in what you call "stable". Many people would want a Stable Rom but does not care about Bluetooth, other ones won't care about HW Acceleration, others won't mind about battery life if they recall ROM is stable.

I'm using CM10 from EPinter's with dual boot with Neutrino 2.9 and I don't have problems; except for the known camera issues (laggy camera, unresponsive, no hw accel). But I don't use camera nor use hw accel, so the rom is mostly perfect for me.

If you're willing to wait just a little while, the developers here are making huge successful strides in creating a stable Olympus ICS/JB Kernel, which if successful will be the foundation of a whole new era of stable & optimized ROMS for our beloved Atrix!
