Actually i guess that was nothing but a scripted answer in the sony forums..it's huge work and step to be done since 2 companies implemented it fully apart from the nexus line..

I wonder what has warranted the jump from 23.1 to 23.2 then. Only time will tell I guess.

Since certification we have to wait at least two months like it was with 5.0.2 Lollipop, so the earliest ETA we can expect Android 5.1.x is July 2015

I don't see this version certified at all yet but when it is there is no "two months" wait requirement.
Sometimes once certified you see a release with weeks.
