sorry for the very late answer I was out of town so I wasn't able to see your message and the video until now.
In the meantime the owner came back home sooner than she was originally planned so I was finally able to proceed with the setup using the original account details and then update the phone to B371 using the updater, now the phone is fully functional thank you very much for your time and availability!

Here we are, no problem to grab a firmware
but you should know which variant you're looking for.
Many regions ( cust ) exists for your device.
Mine was VNS-L31C432B415, what is yours ?
