Ya it is cumbersome if i were u just disable them delete the updates for those apps and use the new smart manager. Also I managed to find the s8 live wallpaper if anyone is interested

I know already disable them with package disabler pro but it would be nice to not have rely on it though and get just rid of it from the phone completely.........but yes I would to get the official s8 live wallpaper I already have s8 touchwiz launcher working just fine please post the info on the live wallpaper thx

I think we could root if a dev made custom kernel that is has root already in it seems to be the route most of them are going in right now or we could do something similar to Verizon note 7 when ppl had that phone

I hadn't updated my phone in forever so it had to do all the security patch updates since June 2016.... Finally got to the 7.0 update.

I'd advise anyone else in the same boat to just get the update from the Verizon site if possible. Otherwise you'll be downloading and installing at least 5 or 6 security patches before the 7.0 update.

Actualizacion Verizon

Hola yo vivo en Argentina y ya es la segunda vez que se actualiza mi SM G928V Nougart, a través de la aplicación de verizon bajo windows, pero igual sigo buscando una rom stock, para mi teléfono, ya que aquí no funciona ninguna de las aplicaciones verizon, y quisiera sacarlas porque no me satisface desactivarlas. Si me puede sugerir alguna direccion, o foro donde pueda encontrar esta rom que no existe en la pagina oficial de samsung, seria fabuloso, GRACIAS

No Developer wants to touch this phone

This phone is old news. Verizon has locked down the bootloader and therefore since its an OLD phone by cellphone standards and it has no expandable storage. NO developer will work on rooting or making ROMS for this model of phone specifically from Verizon. Google it. ...YOU will find no root nor roms for Verizon's variant of this phone. Thank Verizon for that. Verizon lockes down it's phones more than any other carrier. They are the Apple of cellular service. If you want to root and use modded Roms Verizon is not the carrier to have.
