Android 8.0 upgrade MOTO Z xt1650-03

Hello Guys,

I'm facing a problem as a lot of you : BT & WIFI not working.
I received a message that there is an upgrade in the android 8.0, but without wifi I cant download it!
Could anyone please capture and send me the link to download the upgrade please? (Version: OPL27.76.51-5)
