I have the Brazilian retail version and still haven't received. Does anyone know why? Or how Motorola releases the updates? Does it depend in any way on the date that I bought the phone?

For some reason, Motorola stopped update Z3 Play in Brazil. Some users received the ota on last week for two days, but most users still not received. The screen that I shared was from another user in a brazilian group on facebook. I have a Brazilian Z3 play 64gb Retail and still waiting for the update.

I don't believe on this, the roll out is something slow to be sure it won't hurt servers and also to test this version among the MFN users so it's just a matter of waiting for it to be fully launched...

Motorola did't stop. This is normal.
It first sends the update to only a few users to verify that there were no issues releasing the update. After a few days it's released to everyone.
Probably the update will arrive for everyone in Brazil tomorrow. :fingers-crossed:
