Android 9 Screen : Bluetooth and Android system locked !

Hello,

I need some help for my android screen I bought about one month ago, I'm fighting with it to make Bluetooth and sound working...
Can somebody tell me how to activate Bluetooth as it shows not activated even after many factory reset...
And if possible how to change the firmware because not only Bluetooth but all android system seems to be locked...
Below some photos..
By the way, I have also an issue with USB AUX sound : there is 2 seconds of lag and I don't know how to make it works normally.

If you bought this new I think the best thing you can do is contact the seller and ask them to replace or refund your money.
I don't think your problem will go away if you have reset it many times already.
If you flash it with a different rom it will invalidate your warranty.

Thanks for your answer but it's from AliExpress, in China so impossible to deal with the seller. I don't think he will refund me or send me new one but I'm trying to open a dispute and I'll see.
But I think I will keep the screen and I really need to change the firmware. If someone just can tell me if it's possible...

As expected, AliExpress asked me to return the screen to the seller with my money...
But I won't lose more money again...so can somebody tell me if it's possible to change the firmware or unlock Android system please ?

The "not activated" message does appear when no phone is connected, its just wrong translated, it should say "not connected".
Bluetooth can not be enabled for all devices on this units, it`s only programmed for the default KswBT App.

You have a BMW Snapdragon 625 Headunit with rather old 2.4.5 Software version, i recommend you to check out the F30 Forums, where you will find the latest 3.8.0 Version which has also global Idrive support
