But can't you post a good review on the Animated Weather App thread, send the link to the dev, and get the apk for free? Not to contradict a senior member, but this is how I got the app for free on my device.

I have tried a couple of similar apps.
For me this is the best one. Exactly, nice, individual background photo, cool.
