Works fine on LOS 17.1 now, no more need to keep HW-overlays off.
For what it's worth, I have temporarily given crDroid a miss because of flickering issues in the last 2 builds (but it's still my favorite rom).

Yes, I can confirm it happens in 3.7. Seriously considering flashing fastboot Stock rom.
