My BT was more stable this morning after updating. I generally drop the connection once or twice in a hour on the morning commute. Its still to early to make a call, but it looks good so far.

I know people said it could be hardware related - but I don't think Google officially confirmed it was hardware related, so interesting to know if it is still there?
Were you rooted? Unlocked bootloader? Flashing from a custom ROM? TWRP?this update completely broke my phone. getting reboots every 5 minutes. tried to factory reset in recovery, now it's completely stuck in a bootloop.
Sorry to hear, looks like you messed something up. Some further details would be helpful such as, full image, OTA, rooted, unlocked, Verizon or Google version, etc. Tried calling the company yet?this update completely broke my phone. getting reboots every 5 minutes. tried to factory reset in recovery, now it's completely stuck in a bootloop.
I was on stock 7.1.1 and updated via OTA. No root and boot loader was locked. Were you rooted? Unlocked bootloader? Flashing from a custom ROM? TWRP?

Yikes, that's what I'm on. I might un-enroll before they send it to me. As for adb I don't know what you can do other than what you already did, factory reset in recovery. You might want to call them or try a factory reset on more time.I was on stock 7.1.1 and updated via OTA. No root and boot loader was locked.
Not sure if I had debugging on. Would in be able to reset via adb?
Was on the phone with google and they didn't have a resolution. Said they would replace phone but with a refurb.Yikes, that's what I'm on. I might un-enroll before they send it to me. I had signed up but opted out this afternoon. I really don't need it atm. Battery life lasts a full day and everything is snappy. I'll continue with the monthly OTA and wait for full release of 7.1.2 unless I get itchy again or if they post the OTA sideload links. I'm sure for most people it will be fine but with a locked bootloader I just can't take that chance.Got OTA Last night. Haven't noticed any difference better or worse.
tried to use adb/fastboot in bootloader to flash to stock 7.1.1 but wasn't able to get it to work because i hadn't allowed for OEM unlock in developer options. thought i was hosed and had to send in for an RMA. as it was plugged into computer, i let it bootloop a few times and after about 4x bootloop, it booted up normally. still getting random reboots though so going to flash back to stock 7.1.1.Was on the phone with google and they didn't have a resolution. Going to try and see if adb works when I get home. Not sure it will since I didn't have debug on. Adb might not detect phone. Will update if I have any luck.
Google have said its a software problem, and are working on it. I've had 2 replacement phones both with the issue.Anyone able to confirm whether the crackling audio issue is still present at high volume? Just out of curiosity did you replace your phone through Verizon or Google and if Verizon did they just send you a new one without going through insurance? Having the same issue but haven't called it in yetGoogle have said its a software problem, and are working on it. I've had 2 replacement phones both with the issue.
