Android head u it

I have android head unit in my car and it has android 12 in it sometimes its not working properly and cant update it from settings ,
Any help please..

Unfortunately the provided information is not sufficient to identify your head unit. It's like you would ask for help for your smartphone but telling us nothing about the concrete device.

Please post the about screen. Additionally manufacturer, product, device, CPU and board data you can read with app CPU-Z.

Brand of the device and model according to the sellers description may be helpful, too.
