Android hidden/secret menu code doesn't work help

I have a new s10 plus unlocked(verizon sim) and tried *#*#4636#*#* and doesn't work,I tried a bunch of them and doesn't do anything?I went to best buy and tried it on their verizon s10 plus and it worked fine.what can I do to access those commands?I did download "phone info" app on play store tried accessing the secret codes there but doesn't work either.
