Android laggy over time?

I experienced alot of lagg these last days. Turned out my app cache was pilling up over 700mb.. After using CCleaner (had no alternative) and only clearing the cache my device was smooth again. I suggest you guys try it aswell and report back

Im sorry but im not on EMUI, i consider that as lost since it is so slow compared to a stock rom, but again it should help for EMUI aswell.

This happens because of data fragmentation. Latest Huawei P9 does the job well and overcome all these issues. However, yes, android do become laggy over time.
