I'm having trouble installing this, did you do anything special? I've manually installed market updates many times before and never had a problem, for some reason I'm not able to install this apk. I even tried uninstalling my previous installation of market with Titanium Backup in case that was causing some kind of compatibility issue, but nothing.

edit: I figured out the issue, this can't be installed like a normal app...you must use root explorer or file explorer to replace the market apk in system/apps and set the permissions as detailed in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1284335
