Guyz anyone interested in developing Android N for our device there is guide to build Android N unofficial rom by Google.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/chef-central/android/guide-android-rom-development-t2814763

Other developers also followed this guide to build latest version Roms like Android m,n thought their phones stopped supporting updates like ours.

Further details for the guide are:-

Source code for cm14 is
https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android/tree/cm-14.0

tutorial to build device tree:-
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uw_caMHZRC4

tutorial to build kernal:-

the vendor is the vendor present in present roms which will not change.

I dont think our device has a git device tree and kernels available.. That is one of the main reasons why we never moved forward from kitkat in the first place..

I really hope that an android N rom could be made for our phone. But still in December our device will complete three years. The support of our device this long is an accomplishment in itself.

On another note, I am thinking of buying a new phone in 15,000-25000 range that is not samsung, sony or moto. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Mi Max is great phone but screen is too big..6.4..it is almost like a tablet..Leeco Memax2 has same screen size as q3k..you might want to check that phone also.

I have still hope from this device and ROM support is good compared to other devices.

Mi max is, i agree, too big. I like LeEco LeMax 2 but it has issues with fingerprint and such. I follow Leeco forums so i know.
Oneplus 3 and honor 8 are real gems. But they are on the costly side (for me atleast). Waiting for Mi note 2 actually. It is going to be interesting.

I think most important factor would be the support for the device.
