i am trying to get one ui 3 beta on this phone. sm-n976b. i have changed csc to btu but am not being offered the update. i have software with 1st nov security patch. anyone know what software i need to be offered to join beta programme. Thanks

Unfortunately doesn't seem to work coming from XSA Australian firmware. Shows an error after validating system. Odin here I come

Like you see you need DTK8 TO UPDATE with this file
But you can update via odin´ upload now file to androidfilehost.com link

Just saw your post and immediately checked and turned out to be true.I still don't know why i didn't got the notification as usual but nevermind.

edit: The first couple of hours with the new Android 11 One ui 3.0 i gotta say i expirienced battery drain like crazy(allthough everytime i am updating i clear the cash and repair apps in recovery mode) so something off's going on here for sure hope they will fix that asap

Are you sure that you haven't enabled the 'enhanced processing' function?, it's a major battery drain.

One of the problems I'm having, is not being able to enter recovery mode with the old sequence of volume up and side key depressed.

Also some bugs when using Nova Launcher, but hopefully that'll be fixed in the next Nova update.

Overall, I quite like this update.

Overall, I quite like this update.

To enter the recovery mode that's an easy one just shut down your phone and after that plug your headphones in and ofcourse boot up with volume up and power button and you'll enter recovery mode
As for the enhanced mode i saw that new gaming function and didn't enable it

Just tried to flash this on my n976b and it fails at product partition fails to recover. any advice to get past this?
