I got it today evening, around 9 pm the official way. Now i'm on One UI v.2.5 everything works fine .I also wipe cache in recovery.

I've tried Lawnchair 2 Beta and Android 10 gesture navigation now works fine on the new update.

Seems to me that WiFi's improved somewhat with this update.

Pages are loading much faster, for instance, there used to be a momentary lag when navigating threads and forums on 'XDA', Reddit and some other sites, now it's instantaneous.
