Well now I am getting a adb sideload OTA7.zip
loading: 'OTA7.zip'
* cannot read 'OTA7.zip' *

Error :(
Are you in TWRP or stock?

Have you made sure to get the whole Google directory? Maybe the zip is corrupt? Try to redownload it.

If that doesn't work then I can zip it myself and upload that, we can see if that works.

Tried downloading it again and got the same error. It's, I got it to work using the other way on the forum, but now have a boot loop and can't figure out what I did wrong, so I'll be tied up with that.

Sorry about asking this but are you sure you get correct path to ota7.zip

adb sideload /Downloads/OTA7.zip ??

Is it successfully flashed without error?
I don't know what is your second method but you can also copy OTA7.zip in your internal/SD card
And flash it via TWRP

Thanks for helping us with your testing ;)

Tried flashing it with TWRP and it said it couldn't find something, I can't remember what it was now, but it happened as soon as I tried to flash it.

Italians do it better... ;)
I saw a comment about the CPU speed in this thread, saying the eu version ran a lower clock?

I have the Nordic variant, and it appears to run at the same clocks as the Verizon/Droid.

This screenshot is from inside the built in device help app.
They are simply... wrong!

No (64 bit) Snapdragon runs at over 3GHz yet... Droids work @2.15 GHz with their fastest core and new SD820 installed on OP3T arrives @2.35 GHz. ..

I've no idea where that app is reading those values...

Now that I check wikipedia, it makes more sense.
The 820 runs the slow cores at 1.6 max, and the "turbo cores" at a maximum of 2.15

Apparently, moto device help, just adds the two speeds together.
With that logic, it should report 3.75Ghz

Assuming the slow cores are not underclocked, my two fast cores run at 1659 Mhz.
Which is quite far from the speed it's supposed to run at. :(
