Android Oreo is still in development and most of them are unstable. it is too early for this question. a device which is very much low end now running Oreo is a great thing. so please wait patiently. Also your thread is in the wrong title. You must ask this in Q&A.

According to the LineageOS page, yeah, the Falcon will get LineageOS 16 based on Android 9.0.
