Android Pie fails after OTA

The 10/19 update fails after I reboot. Worse yet the screen goes dark nothing on. Can feel is vibrate to boot but nothing. I also wiped cache in recovery and still nothing. Even downloaded from the website on computer and to phone. Still nothing. Please help

Is your device bootloader unlocked or not?

When you tried to update with unlocked bootloader too, why you locked it again?

Can you please answer the following questions to get more insight on what you want :

Is your bootloader now locked or unlocked?
What is you current twrp recovery (file name)?
What is your current Rom(file name)?
What is your magisk version?
Is your storage encryped or decrypted?

If nothing helps(but let's see):
I recommend to factory reset(wipes everything) from stock recovery.
When you unlock your bootloader your device will also be wiped...

I have not gone as far as any root just unlocked bl. I have factory reset as well but only in OS not manual .
