This will be a bin file. Just rename it to update.zip and flash through recovery. Again, this is not my work. I'm just posting so that people may benefit. Update is small. Maybe we get official update next.

I tried this several times but it doesn't works for me... what region do you installed?I had that Sprint message too until I did a factory reset. Fixed it right up.
Anybody else with some other solution to thisOk, I have this annoying message about "sprint status" cheking on my cellphone...
It could be 'cause I got USA ~ USC region firmware, G955U1 model...
There is any chance this doesn't happens with another apart region firmware?
Witch one, plz...(tmk, att, tmb, vzw, aio, tfn, bst, xaa, xas, vmu, etc...)
Try them all.Ok, I have this annoying message about "sprint status" cheking on my cellphone...

Nope. You're to suppose that I have a strange sense of humour.[emoji14] If English isn't your first language, then you wouldn't get the humour and I apologize. I'm running the G955U1 (pie beta) firmware on my G955W & I don't have any problems at all. I started my upgrade from T-Mobile's OREO version if that helps. Hopefully they will release the full version soon and your problem will go away. So, I should have to suppose with this comment that everybody with G955U1 firmware have same problem and nobody had found any solution and it's still a issue, right?
