Hicare shows the same.

There were at least 3 otas and I got none of them, anyone knows why?

Try to check for an update via Hisuite on a pc... ps. You should use the latest version on HiSuite on the pc... i find that if i dont update Hisuite on the pc i dont get a update

Well this is resolved.

What I was missing was a SIM card.

Without SIM it only updated to base PIE and no further.

The moment I inserted SIM it started to go to .200 and then to .278

Just connect the phone to your pc with a usb cable. Then open file explorer and select hisuite. Once it's installed that click check for updates. Also, do you have a sim card in it? If it doesn't have a sim card, it won't update.

That's from a P20 pro, P20 will receive it later, and P20 lite might or might not receive it.
