thank you. That installed. Still showed the same error about mounting some directory, but it worked. I was able to install the systemless host module and get my adblocker back up and running.
Is there something that I don't know about mounting system? Lol cause I got that error message as well so I just mounted it and the error went away. Should I not have done that?
I'm not qualified to answer that, hopefully someone who knows what they're talking about will come along.
I just flashed Magisk Canary in TWRP. I think the error mentioned /vendor and one other directory (should have written it down). I noted that AdAway gave me an error when trying to activate it, and reading up on the error lead me to go into Magisk and toggle the systemless hosts option, reboot, and try again.
Does anyone have a link to the betas? I'm getting this phone tomorrow and would like to try beta 6.
I've read that the double tap on the official release is bringing you to the lock screen so I want to see what was changed from the beta and have a copy

As far as I know it was the same way on the betas. Definitely beta 6, as I ran that one myself.
