android recovery does not work after installing custom rom

hello all , my device is KII=L21
I installed rom comics but I forgot to flash the gapps file, now I go to "android recovery" can not install gapps file because "android recovery" does not work and the error is as follows:

support API : 3
ro.boot.bootdevice is : 7824900.sdhci
E:unknown volume for patch [/sdcard]

-- Couldn't mount /sdcard
Installation aborted

Now I can not restore or install a new rom, I also can not reset twrp because the computer (adb) does not recognize the device anymore, please help me to fix this. thanks everyone

Did you unlock bootloader?
Did you flash twrp??
You were on volte firmware??
