The update is installing right now. But the progress bar stopped after 20-25% and doesn't move since 40 minutes. Is this normal?
I tried both usb ports and did it several times. Still same result, stuck at 20-25%.
I did it based on the description on page 1.
Where do i get a PGK file? What is the difference?

Thanks! Sadly, it still doesn't work.
I tried it and after a few seconds the progress bar disappears an the TV says "ERROR".
I tried different usb ports and usb sticks.
My procedure so far: The TV only recognizes zip files. I copy the zip file on the usb stick, put it in the usb port and hold the power button while pluging the TV in... with your first firmeware the TV stops at 20-25%, with the PKG it stops after a few seconds..
Any last tips? I'm slowly losing hope..

I tried it several times with three different versions. It now shows a different update message: A small sign called "tip" with the message "Please do not power off during updating. This process may take a few minutes". This time there is no progress bar. The few minutes are definately over but nothing changed.. how long shall i wait?

Thanks for your answers. But I can't make in update from V1** to V5**, I got Error. It seems that I need to pass by an intermediate update V3** before update to V5**. Anyone have a V3** firmware and don't know how to update in PKG format in this TV

Please Note that you have to use USB Port 3 and Not USB Port 2 or you will Problem.

Download the file and copy to a blank formatted USB Plug in the format USB drum 32
1. Turn off the TV (power supply - unplug the power cord)
2. Insert the USB stick in USB Port 3
3. Press and hold the power button on the TV: n (not the remote control)
4. Turn on the power to the TV (while pressing the power button)
5. After approximately ten seconds, you see the upgrade message on the TV as soon as you see this, release the power switch.
The TV will now be updated. Do not disconnect or press any buttons until you see the google welcome page. The update is now complete.
