FRP was easy but its also imei blacklisted so it needs to be rooted and imei changed. I am way in over my head here.. samsung not making it easy to unlock this phone. you guys think its possible or should i just send it overseas to my relatives

You didnt turn the device in anywhere... You kept it. You didnt try hard enough to contact owner. You are in fact a thief and will get no help here. And, because your trying to use xda to help you with a stolen device, expect your account and ip to be blocked from xda shortly and law enforcement notified of your address gained by ip trace.
