I installed this but says there's an error in the kernel.

Install a ROM with kernel which has root and netfilter enabled.

By the way, this should have been posted in Q&A. Some people are quite harsh about such things here.

lol i was specifically referring to ones that were compatible w/ fender.

As far as I know, no ROMs have a compatible kernel with the Mytouch 1.2/Fender for Wifi Tether.
