I found two issues

1. Alarm doesn't play the sound.
Steps:
a/Go to the Clock app and set alarm to a time
b/When the time comes watch the alarm displayed on the screen but no sound is played

2.Graphical square artifacts (noise) are displayed when icons are moved around the home screen

7.10 User here, Clean flashed and still got those artefacts you mentioned in your post. I also tried using the ROM without Magisk, or any modules installed and there is no difference. My sound also is quite buggy when it comes to playing music or streaming videos.
Sometimes the app just closes on itself. I have to restart the device to reenable the EQ settings especially the Mi sound Enchanser option. Magisk modules for sound not really working or stopped working after some time. (Viper4FX etc.)

Not sure if you are referring to that Sleepy Kernel - https://github.com/Couchpotato-sauce/kernel_xiaomi_sleepy. The latest version is released in July. It's used in Havoc OS and it's very stable. Battery life is also excellent.
Good for you -- the Sleepy kernel included in 7.9 kept soft-rebooting for me. As per the discussion here: https://xdaforums.com/t/kernel-xiaomi-mi-a2-lite-sleepy-kernel.4235125/page-2, the repo you linked was archived and the author announced abandonment in some Telegram group. My question about this in the official thread was never answered by the author. This obviously prompted me to search for an alternative kernel, trying out Panda but settling for Rename.

Honestly I have no idea what's happening around Sleepy kernel. I just joined a Telegram group for daisy updates and installed the kernel that seemed the most active.

The reboots might be the result of the way OS works with that kernel. I tried a few Custom ROM's for that phone and found the latest Havoc OS + Sleepy kernel set the only one that is suitable for everyday use. Even though I still found some minor issues that I posted on their thread.

Does HavocOS support unlimited free uploads in original quality to Google Photos? That's the main reason I'm sticking with crDroid. Other ROMs often have only "high quality" uploads.

You can find out by opening the Google Photos app, tapping your profile picture in the upper right, and tapping the storage bar. There will be a box that says either something similar to "Backups from this Pixel are unlimited and free" (if the ROM identifies as an older Pixel) or "Backups from this Pixel in high quality are free" (for newer Pixels). If there's no box, the ROM does not identify as Pixel at all.

Strangely ROM authors don't boast this feature -- even though for me it's one of the important ones.

I'd suggest you to post this question here

If any of you as me was interested how to enable camera api with this rom (because i couldn't find any settings about it)

open a cmd from your platform-tool folder and issue
    Bash:
    adb shell
    then grant root permission
    Bash:
    su
then issue those commands to enable camera2 api
    Bash:
    setprop persist.camera.HAL3.enabled 1
    setprop persist.vendor.camera.HAL3.enabled 1
    setprop persist.camera.stats.test 5

    It's me again :D

I'm having this issue in which most of the videos played on the web/apps looks like this:

I really don't think I've touched anything that could broke the videos.

Any suggestion is more than welcome ^^
I am aware of similar issues and I'm working on it, but I don't know yet what exactly causes it.

    Working OTA Updates?
OTA support is there, next (and first) OTA update will show if everything works as expected, but I have no reason to believe it won't.
