I'm not yet cool enough to post in the actual ROM thread, so here I am...
I really liked the VI ROM, but always had troubles with random lockups, reboots, and 'Process messaging has stopped working' (or something similar to that which occured at nearly every single SMS send attempt). I also didnt like the Quick Boot thing in VI. Sure, I could have fixed these issues, but I don't possess such skillz as yet.
So, I notice today a new ROM (AndroidRevolta [perhaps a more appealign name might be in order?
]) has been released and based on the VI ROM, and would like to know from either the dev / chef, or users, if;
a) using the power button only, can I get an option to boot to recovery, or do I still have to click 'Quick Boot' (which IMHO is anything but), and
b) was anything done to resolve the issue with 'messaging has stopped' ?
XDA policy states that I am not to ask for 'thanks' clicks so that I may one day be deemed cool enough to post in the dev thread, so I won't.
