Anyone know if this works on Redemptive rEVOlution? Love it in the Skyraider 3.3 Final...Just like the look and feel of rEVOlution a little better...

I really screwed up. The first day this came out I installed it but it doesn't work because I didn't have my clock open and on my home screen. I thought it didn't work b/c there was a conflict since my other (original one) was still on my phone so I uninstalled it via Titanium Backup. Now I can't find it or reinstall my original clock. Does anyone have the .apk for the original clock they can post?

Yes, I have tested it to work on rEVOlution. If you would like here is the clockwidget pulled from Skyraider 3.3 Final.
It should work perfectly on all sense deodexed roms. I have tested this without any problems on the rEVOlution and Virtuous roms. I did try it on stock 2.1 and 2.2 but it does not work at all, so at this time don’t even try. Like everything else USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. All credit for the working APK goes to ihtfp69, as this was pulled from his rom Skyraider 3.3 Final. Installation can be done in recovery or Rom Manager. This version works 100% like stock, so you can add more clock widgets and move them around all you want without any problems.

If you are running a rom that is deodexed, you can install the file above and it will let you add the clock widget back to the home screen. If you are deodexed, and just want to get back to the stock clock you can install this file. All credit for the APK in this file goes to rmk40 because I took the APK out of his Virtuous rom.

I tried to backup my Nandroid before doing this, but all I got a was a red exclamation mark surrounded by a triangle.

I had to pull battery out to fix that. :S

Wow, this actually works! But I have graphical glitches in the city location menu when choosing a clock. I can add and choose a city but the menu is totally messed up.

I wonder if it's my phone and rom..

Edit: I've attached a screenshot of how the graphics look like when selecting a clock. The menu selection still works and I can add widgets but the menu is messed up. Anyone knows how to recompile this to suit my Sense rom?

Edit 2: Nevermind, this is for a different sense rom ported for a different phone. The framework and resources are different. At least it somewhat works as a hacky solution.

The HTC Clock Widget MUST be actively open on your home screen.
You can NOT move it.
You can NOT remove it from your home screen and add it again later.
You can NOT look at the different clocks the widget has to offer.

Long story short, make sure the clock is on your home screen before installing. Do NOT touch the clock other than to open the weather.
Could you please give me some additional info?
I have no question/issues with the first paragraph you wrote as i have the flip clock activated on my home screen and i don't want to remove it. But on the second one what do you mean by "Do not touch the clock other than to open the weather"?
In the original Desire's flip clock if you click it then opens the clock and alarm setting menu. The weather settings open if you click the weather icon. By flashing the animated flip clock you provided us with we SHOULDN' T click it at all?
And if we accidentally click it what will happen?
Sorry but i don't understand :(

When I flash this zip file through clockwork, I dont clear the cache and it goes through, flashing the file, but when I start my Incredible back up, the flip clock dissappears and corrupts the clock altogether. How do I fix this?

Thats odd that these have problems, when I made my themes for the ClockWidget not only do they flip like in the DesireHD/Z, but they install and load properly, but its only compatible with de-odexed ROM's. But its backwards compatible with non-DesireHD/Z ROM's too.

Why there's a huge deal of the flipping tab is beyond me since it can cost you battery life, yeah it looks cool when you unlock your screen and see the flip tabs flip each time regardless of the time, but there are limitations to the design version of this widget, namely the glitch that causes each flip to layer on top of each other when trying to use transparent graphics.

but aside from that, its a pretty cool mod for those that want it to flip, take these, from my theme collection for example
