OK tried blue wvga with sound for my HD2 and it made no difference,nothing happened whatsoever,I already have another modified animation installed...
could you perhaps do a ...
'How to for idiots' or advise please ?

i have the same problem.
i just installed the cab i mean its obvious...
but nothing happened

theres no sound, i have installed qvga with sound, but then on boot up theres no sound.

Black version with sound installed here on my LG KS20 (QVGA) without problems
splash screen works, but without animation and without sound (even if device sound is set to max)
WM 6.5.3

many animation apps use diferent gif file names look at this regs in your device before install this and rename the files using the ones in your phone look at my regs

this really sucks.

my hd2 will boot with the htc logo with that "quite brilliantly" word, then continue with windows logo on orange background. i thought the cab will change the second screen (windows on orange) with the animated picture, instead it changed the first screen with ugly htc letter, then everything turn black and took about 10 minutes to load everything. i don't see any animated screen. since i have daily spb backup, i just restore everything back. everything is fine, i got back the second screen (windows on orange), but the first screen still the new ugly htc letter. so i copy leoimg.nbh to my card and flash my phone.

guess what, the first screen is still that ugly htc letter.
